This Privacy Policy explains what information Delta AI ("Delta AI," "we," "us") collects when you use our website and app, how we use it, and the choices available to you. By using Delta AI, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account identifiers

• Wallet address: if you connect a Solana or BNB Chain wallet, we use your public wallet address to identify your account, track your usage limits, and check token-holder status. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrase.
• Google account: everyone signs in with Google to use Delta AI. We receive your Google account's permanent ID and verified email address (not your Google password or any other Google data) and use them to identify your account, count your free and paid usage, and attach any subscription to it so it works on any device.
• Anonymous device ID: a random identifier that may be stored on your device before you sign in, so the app can work.
• Your first name: we read your first name from Google only to greet you. We do not store it on our servers; it stays on your device.

1.2 Content you provide

• Messages you send in chat, including text, uploaded documents, and uploaded photos
• Images you ask Delta AI to generate or edit
• Prompts and instructions you give the AI
• Capsules, Time Capsules (including a voice recording, if you make one), price alerts and memory notes (short facts Delta saves from what you tell it when Memory is on, never from incognito chats; you can see, add, delete or switch them off on the Memory page)
• Voice: when you use the microphone, your browser's own speech-recognition service turns your speech into text. We do not receive or store the audio; the text is sent as a normal message.

This content is sent to our AI providers (see Section 3) to generate a response. Conversation history may be stored so you can return to past chats, subject to the retention limits described in Section 4.

1.3 Usage data

• Number of messages and images used against your plan's limits
• Subscription tier and status
• Referral activity and streak/login data, if you use those features

1.4 Payment information

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Card/UPI payments: processed by Razorpay. Delta AI never receives or stores your full card number or banking credentials; Razorpay handles this in line with its own security standards. Razorpay does share with us the email address and phone number entered at checkout and the status of your subscription, which we keep so we can match a payment to your account and confirm renewals.
• Help & support messages: what you write to us in Help & support (and any screenshot you add, kept up to 180 days), with your account email, your plan, the app version and, if you choose, details of the last problem the app hit, so we can help. Kept until you use "Delete my data".
• Projects: the name, description, instructions and the text of files you add to a project are stored with your account so every chat in that project can use them. Files are read on your device and only their text is sent to us. They stay until you delete the file or the project. When you chat in a project, its instructions and file text are sent to our AI provider with your message.
• Delta Build projects: the files Delta Build creates for you, and the zip, are stored for 7 days (30 days for builds made inside a project) so you can download them and continue the project, then deleted. The code runs in a throwaway sandbox at E2B that is deleted at the end of each build. If you upload a project, it is kept for at most 1 hour to start the build. Screenshots taken while testing your app are kept with the build. If you publish a build, its files are public at its link (anyone with the link can open it) until you unpublish it; unpublishing deletes them.
• International payments (PayPal and international cards, in US dollars): these are processed by Razorpay as well. Delta AI never receives or stores your card or PayPal details; Razorpay shares with us the payment ID and the status of the payment, which we keep so we can match it to your account.

1.5 Technical data

Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes standard technical information, such as IP address and general location, to route requests and protect against abuse. We do not use this for advertising or tracking across other websites.

1.6 Optional: helping improve Delta AI

This is off by default and only happens if you turn on "Help improve Delta AI" in the app menu. While it is on, the messages you send and Delta AI's replies in the Delta AI app are copied after emails, phone numbers, card numbers, passwords, API keys and crypto wallet addresses are automatically removed. They are stored separately from your account, without your name or email. They are used to make Delta AI more accurate and helpful, for example to find where answers fall short. We do not sell this data. Incognito chats, images, files and documents, voice, and the Delta Companion browser extension are never included. You can turn it off, or delete everything you have shared, at any time from the same screen. Shared exchanges are automatically deleted after 12 months. Automatic removal of personal details is not perfect, so please avoid typing sensitive information into chats while this is on.

1.7 Delta Companion browser extension

If you install the optional Delta Companion browser extension, it shows a small orb on the websites you visit. Nothing from a page is sent until you tap an action. When you do, the extension sends only what that action needs (for example the text of the page you are reading, the text you selected, an area of the screen you drew a box around, or a YouTube video's captions) to Delta AI, and from there to our AI providers, to produce your answer. It never reads password or card fields, and it hides itself on sign-in, payment and banking pages. The extension stores your settings (such as your language, tone, options and orb position) and your Delta AI sign-in on your own device. "Save to my Delta chat" keeps a copy of an answer in your Delta AI chats. We do not use the extension for advertising or tracking. Content from the extension is never included in "Help improve Delta AI". Pages you use it on may contain other people's information, so please use it responsibly.

1.8 Sharing a link, text or file to Delta AI

On Android you can choose Delta AI in your phone's Share menu. Text, photos and files you share arrive in the app on your device and are sent only if you send them. If you share a web link, our server opens that public web page, reads its text and returns it to your app, so you can ask about it. We only open public web pages, and we do not keep a copy of the page. What you then send is handled like any other message.

1.9 Phone notifications, the Delta Studio gallery and invites

Notifications. If you turn on notifications in Delta Studio, your browser gives us a notification address and keys for that browser (they do not identify you to anyone else). We use them only to tell you that a video is ready or that a friend you invited has joined, and we delete them when you turn notifications off or when your browser tells us they no longer work. Notification messages are encrypted for your browser before they are sent through your browser's own notification service.

Gallery. If you share a video to the gallery, the video and the title you give it are public for as long as it is shared (at most 30 days); your name and email are never shown. When someone reports a video, we keep a one-way code made from their network address (not the address itself) for 40 days, so the same person cannot report the same video many times.

Invites and codes. When someone signs up with an invite link, we record who invited them, so that the first-payment discount and the thank-you code can be given. When a discount code is used, we record that it was used by your account, so it is used only once.

2. How We Use Information

• To generate AI responses, images, and edited photos
• To enforce free-tier and subscription usage limits
• To provide features you choose to use: saved chat history, referrals, streaks, leaderboards
• To process subscription payments and, if a Delta token is launched, verify token-holder perks
• To detect and prevent abuse of the service
• To improve the reliability and performance of Delta AI

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your chat content to show you ads.

3. Third-Party Services We Use

Delta AI is built on top of several third-party services, each of which processes limited data as part of delivering the product:

Your browser's speech service	Turns your speech into text when you use voice input (handled by your browser, not by us)
Cloudflare	Hosting, data storage, picture generation on some plans (Workers AI), and the live browser-rendering preview feature
Razorpay	Card, UPI and online wallet payment processing
E2B	Isolated sandboxes that run the code Delta Build writes (the sandbox receives only the project files and commands, never your account details)
GitHub	Only if you connect it in Delta Code: Delta reads the repository you pick to start a build, and sends a build to GitHub when you tap Send to GitHub (a new repository or a pull request). The access GitHub gives is stored encrypted, is used only for these actions, and is removed when you tap Disconnect GitHub. Signing keys, passwords, .env files and app files are never sent.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how they handle data sent to them.

Delta AI is served from Cloudflare's global network, and some of these providers process data in other countries (for example the United States). By using Delta AI you understand that your information may be processed outside your own country.

4. Data Storage & Retention

• Conversation history is stored to let you return to past chats, and is automatically deleted after 180 days. On Vertex and Vertex Plus, chats never expire: the 500 most recent are kept until you delete them. Chats are saved to your account so they appear on every device you sign in on; incognito chats are never saved.
• Delta Studio videos, and pictures made with Create Image (with the idea you wrote for them), are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically; you can delete one sooner, and "Delete my data" deletes them all. A photo you upload to change in Create Image is sent to our picture provider to make the new picture and is not kept on our servers. A photo you start a video from is deleted as soon as the video is made (or after 2 days at most). Preview pictures, and a photo used for "Video of me", are kept for 3 days so you can make the video from them, and then deleted automatically.
• A video shared to the Delta Studio gallery is shown until you remove it, until we remove it, or until the video itself is deleted (30 days), whichever is first. Notification addresses are kept until you turn notifications off or they stop working.
• Capsules are kept for 180 days. A Time Capsule is kept until 30 days after the date it opens (at most about 13 months). You can delete either sooner.
• Files and photos you attach to a chat are kept in your browser, on your own device, so you can ask follow-up questions later. They are not stored on our servers. They are removed when you press Remove, delete the chat or clear your browser data, and they are never kept in incognito chats. You send them to us only when you send a message about them.
• Password-protected PDFs are unlocked on your own device, using a PDF reader that is part of Delta AI's own website files. The password is typed into your browser and is never sent to us or to anyone else. Only the text of the PDF is sent, and only when you send a message about it.
• Account and subscription records (such as your Google ID, email and plan) are kept while your account is active and for up to about 13 months after your last activity. Payment and tax records may be kept for as long as the law requires.
• Incognito conversations are never stored on our servers. They exist only in your browser for that session and disappear when you close the tab.
• Usage counters (messages/images used) reset on the schedule shown in the app and are not kept indefinitely.
• Exchanges shared through "Help improve Delta AI" (only if you turned it on) are kept for up to 12 months, unless you delete them sooner.
• Data stored in your browser (device ID, saved conversations, preferences) stays on your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-controlled cloud infrastructure, to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights & Choices

• Connecting a crypto wallet is optional. Signing in with Google is needed to use Delta AI.
• You can use Incognito mode for conversations you don't want saved.
• You can turn "Help improve Delta AI" on or off at any time, and delete what you have shared, from the same screen. "Delete my data" removes it too.
• You can clear your browser's local storage at any time to remove your device identifier and saved conversations.
• You can disconnect your wallet at any time through your wallet app.
• You can delete your chat history, projects (with their files and instructions), memory notes, Capsules, Time Capsules, price alerts, and wallet-linked memory yourself, immediately, using "Delete my data" in the app's menu, no need to contact us. For anything else, contact us using the details in Section 9.
• You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw a consent you gave (such as "Help improve Delta AI"), by emailing deltaaibnb@gmail.com from the address on your account. We reply as soon as we reasonably can, and within any time limit the law sets.

7. Children's Privacy

Delta AI is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use it, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger. If you believe a young person has provided us with information, please email us at deltaaibnb@gmail.com so we can remove it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as Delta AI evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of Delta AI after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
