This Privacy Policy explains what information Delta AI ("Delta AI," "we," "us") collects when you use our website and app, how we use it, and the choices available to you. By using Delta AI, you agree to the practices described here.

Delta AI does not require you to create a traditional account. Where possible, your crypto wallet address or an anonymous device identifier serves as your account — we do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number to use the core product.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account identifiers

Wallet address — if you connect a Solana or BNB Chain wallet, we use your public wallet address to identify your account, track your usage limits, and check token-holder status. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrase.
Anonymous device ID — if you don't connect a wallet, we generate a random identifier stored on your device to track your free-tier usage.

1.2 Content you provide

Messages you send in chat, including text, uploaded documents, and uploaded photos
Images you ask Delta AI to generate or edit
Prompts and instructions you give the AI

This content is sent to our AI providers (see Section 3) to generate a response. Conversation history may be stored so you can return to past chats, subject to the retention limits described in Section 4.

1.4 Payment information

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

Crypto payments — transactions are recorded on the public Solana or BNB Chain blockchain. We see the wallet address and transaction details, which are already public on-chain; we never hold your funds directly.
Card/UPI payments — processed by Razorpay. Delta AI never receives or stores your full card number or banking credentials; Razorpay handles this in line with its own security standards.

1.5 Technical data

Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes standard technical information — such as IP address and general location — to route requests and protect against abuse. We do not use this for advertising or tracking across other websites.

2. How We Use Information

To generate AI responses, images, and edited photos
To enforce free-tier and subscription usage limits
To provide features you choose to use — saved chat history, referrals, streaks, leaderboards
To process subscription payments and verify token-holder perks
To detect and prevent abuse of the service
To improve the reliability and performance of Delta AI

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your chat content to show you ads.

3. Third-Party Services We Use

Delta AI is built on top of several third-party services, each of which processes limited data as part of delivering the product:

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how they handle data sent to them.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Conversation history is stored to let you return to past chats, and is retained for a limited period before automatic deletion.
Incognito conversations are never stored on our servers — they exist only in your browser for that session and disappear when you close the tab.
Usage counters (messages/images used) reset on the schedule shown in the app and are not kept indefinitely.
Data stored in your browser (device ID, saved conversations, preferences) stays on your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-controlled cloud infrastructure — to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights & Choices

You can use Delta AI's free tier without connecting a wallet or providing identifying information.
You can use Incognito mode for conversations you don't want saved.
You can clear your browser's local storage at any time to remove your device identifier and saved conversations.
You can disconnect your wallet at any time through your wallet app.
To request deletion of data associated with your wallet address, contact us using the details in Section 9.

7. Children's Privacy

Delta AI is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as Delta AI evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of Delta AI after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
